About XpandShelter

XpandShelter is a brand of Veloform Media GmbH, based in Vockerode, part of Oranienbaum-Wörlitz in Saxony-Anhalt. The shelters came out of our work with prefabricated building units: concrete modules that are prepared in the plant and assembled on site.

We build for private owners, for companies with critical-infrastructure requirements and for municipalities.

How we work

Every project starts with the people who will use the shelter and the site it will stand on, not with a catalogue. Number of people, how long they need to stay, access and soil determine the size, layout and equipment.

Design, concrete production and technical fit-out happen in Germany. Short distances between planning and production keep decisions traceable.

We name the conditions and limits openly. Permit, soil, access and timing are clarified before we commit to anything. From first contact to handover, you deal with the same people.
